How do I sign up for subscriptions?

To sign up for a product subscription, go to the desired product page, select ‘Subscribe and Save’ and choose the frequency that works best for you. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Unfortunately, only U.S. customers are eligible to sign up for subscriptions at this time. Stay tuned for international updates coming in the future.

How does the subscription program work?

Our subscription program allows you to easily replenish your self-care essentials when it’s time to restock.

Create an account or log in to your account to manage your frequency, delivery, quantity, or product swaps. You can also cancel your subscription in your account at any time.

You will receive a 15% discount on all subscription products and free standard shipping within the United States. You will also earn 2x loyalty points with every subscription order that ships.

Can I use a promo code with my subscription order?

Subscription products receive a 15% discount, and are ineligible to use in combination with promo codes.

How do I change, skip, or cancel my subscription order?

To make any changes to your subscription, log into your account and click on subscriptions. From here you can:

• Change your shipping address

• Change your billing address

• Change your next order date

• Change your subscription frequency

• Skip your upcoming order

• Update quantity

• Add additional product to your order

• Edit payment method

• Cancel your subscription

• Re-activate your subscription

Can I return or exchange my subscription order?

Please contact our customer support team here to initiate a return.

Can I use AfterPay for a subscription?

No, unfortunately AfterPay is not eligible for subscription orders as it was designed for single purchases, not recurring orders.
